Designed end-to-end corporate identity. Built stakeholder-led entry points for media, talent, community and legal audiences, and extended the existing design system to corporate scale.
WCAG 2.2 · AI powered accessibility audit tool
Built an accessibility audit tool on Claude that restructures the audit approach, bridging the gap between WCAG compliance and real-world usability. Validated through participatory testing ; shared in L&D sessions.
Product website usability audit & search feature design
Audited account and service flows against NN/ g’s 10 usability heuristics. Designed search as a business lever ( cross-selling, discovey, priority products ), rooted in immersion, benchmarking and journey research
Beta RaDio · A community building device for elderly (Graduation project)
A GenAI-powered, interactive audio entertainment device for residential societies. It is designed to build community and support the mental wellbeing of the elderly. The work spanned AI persona and guardrail design, prompt frameworks, VUI and HMI design
